Can I have treatment on the same day?
For prescription-only treatments, such as anti-wrinkle injections, treatment cannot take place on the same day as your consultation. There is a separate prescribing step and a mandatory waiting period in between.
This is in place to protect you, giving you the time and clarity to make a fully informed decision.
Why is there a £50 fee?
Your consultation is a dedicated clinical appointment, not a quick chat. The fee covers the time, expertise and skin analysis technology needed to plan your treatment properly.
If you choose to go ahead, the full £50 is redeemable against your treatment, so you are not paying anything extra overall.

How long does a skin consultation take?
Around 30 to 45 minutes. This gives us time for a full medical history, your skin analysis and a proper conversation about your goals.
Who will I see?
Your consultation is with Nurse Jenni, our Clinical Director, at our clinic on Knutsford Road in Latchford.
What should I bring to my consultation?
It helps to bring a list of any medicines you take and the skincare products you use at home. If you can, arrive without make-up so we can assess your skin clearly.
Can I have treatment on the same day as my consultation?
