Jenni trained as a nurse at the University of Manchester and worked in emergency departments and urgent care before specialising in skin. That background gives her a strong grounding in clinical assessment and patient safety, which shapes how every treatment at SkinFirst is planned.
Since April 2026 she has led the clinic, keeping the care patients know while bringing a more structured, medical approach to assessment and treatment planning.

Jenni has lived with adult acne herself, so she understands how much skin concerns can affect confidence and wellbeing. After limited success through standard routes, she found that medical-grade skincare and advanced treatments such as microneedling made a real difference to her own skin.
